   Menstrual Hygiene Day (MHD) is globally recognized on May 28 to break taboos surrounding menstruation, promote menstrual health education, and ensure access to sanitary products. The "My Period, My Pride" event aims to empower young girls and ladies by fostering a safe space for discussions, education, and advocacy on menstrual hygiene.


This program aims to:
  • Raise awareness about menstrual health and hygiene management
  • Educate attendees on menstrual myths, self-care, and reproductive health.
  • Advocate for free menstrual hygiene products in schools and public institutions.
  • Encourage confidence and empowerment among young women.
This program, which aims to provide sanitary pads to 1000 Female students, is birthed with the interest of every girl child and with this program our  expected outcomes is to increase awareness and knowledge about menstrual health and hygiene and sucessful distribution of sanitary products.


Menstrual health is a fundamental human right, and the "My Period, My Pride" event will help promote dignity, education, and accessibility for all. We invite stakeholders to join hands in making this event impactful and sustainable.
